It's also important for you to emphasize on the use of toothpaste that contains fluoride. This will be helpful in preventing cavities. However, you should ensure that only a small amount of toothpaste is used. You should also make sure that the kids do not swallow toothpaste, and that they rinse with lots of water after brushing.
